Hi, I'm Hailey. I'm a designer, illustrator, and developer who spends most of my time noodling somewhere between the data, the sketch, and the CSS. Most recently at The Washington Post, where I designed stories across platforms from digital to social to print.
I care a lot about making science and climate journalism feel alive. From mothing guides to rising floodwaters, and anything related to birds.
I grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and you can find me sipping coffee, knitting (my first sweater!), road biking, or sitting under a really good tree.
